ChickTech NYC is inclusive, non-discriminatory and we are an equal opportunity not-for-profit organization.

As we work to create a global movement that includes all people, diversity and inclusivity are extremely important to us. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, volunteers, and program participants.

We believe that the more diverse our community is, the more we can positively impact girls’ and women’s lives and gain gender equality in tech…and that means we need you! It’s critical to us that all people feel welcome, and we hope you’ll consider joining our community. If at any time you feel that improvements can be made, please don’t hesitate to contact us: newyork@chicktech.org
